For instance, one clean room client we worked with had a rack with hooks in it that just didn’t work the way the client wanted. The hooks weren’t movable and they weren’t very clean, which is a serious problem in a clean room environment. The hooks actually had to be held on with zip ties, which were not very clean and were also unstable. They were making do with a configuration that was quite frankly substandard.
Our engineers sat down with the client and discussed the situation thoroughly. We eventually configured a stainless steel version of the same rack the client already had, but with sturdy clamps rather than hooks. No zip ties required. The end result was easier to clean and also much more stable than the previous setup.
